For hygiene, activation, and technical reasons, certain items such as worn smart rings, activated trackers, or products tied to opened/used personal accessories may only be eligible for return if they arrive defective or not as described.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, email [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo or short video showing the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are typically non-refundable.
